Head of Production & Quality Assurance (Jepara)
Credentials: 35+ years as a Master Craftsman in Jepara; Certified Wood Grading and Kiln-Drying Specialist.
Bio: Budi is the heart of our production. A native of Jepara, the cradle of Indonesian furniture making, he inherited his skills through generations of woodworkers. Budi manages our network of workshops in Central Java, personally overseeing every stage of production. From inspecting raw teak logs to approving the final finish on a custom piece, his exacting standards are legendary. He is an expert in traditional joinery techniques like mortise and tenon, ensuring every piece of our furniture is built to last a lifetime.
Dewi Lestari
Head of Design & Client Relations (Bali)
Credentials: Bachelor of Interior Design, RMIT University, Melbourne; Certified in AutoCAD and 3D Modeling.
Bio: Based in our Seminyak, Bali office, Dewi is the creative force who translates client visions into reality. Having studied and worked in Australia, she possesses a keen understanding of Western design trends and market expectations. Dewi leads our custom/OEM projects, working closely with international designers, architects, and hospitality clients to develop unique furniture collections. She manages the entire process from initial sketch and material selection to prototype review and final approval.
Rizky Pratama
Export & Compliance Manager
Credentials: Certified Customs Broker (PPJK); Expert in Indonesian Export Regulations & SVLK/V-Legal Documentation.
Bio: Rizky is our logistics and compliance guru. He navigates the complex web of international trade regulations with precision and expertise. Rizky is responsible for ensuring every shipment is 100% compliant, from securing the V-Legal document required for SVLK legality to managing customs clearance at the port of Tanjung Emas. He has deep knowledge of HS Code 9403 and the specific import requirements for the USA, EU, and Australia, guaranteeing a smooth and predictable delivery process for our clients.
Siti Aminah
Sourcing & Sustainability Officer
Credentials: B.A. in Environmental Science, Institut Pertanian Bogor; Certified SVLK Auditor.
Bio: Siti champions our commitment to the planet and its people. She is responsible for the traceability and legality of our entire timber supply chain. Siti works directly with sources like Perum Perhutani (Indonesia’s state-owned forestry enterprise) and suppliers of reclaimed teak to verify the origin and sustainability of every piece of wood. She manages our internal SVLK compliance program and liaises with third-party certification bodies like Sucofindo to ensure our operations are always audit-ready. Her work is fundamental to our promise of delivering beautiful, ethical, and sustainable furniture.
