- Legal Entity: We operate as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT), the Indonesian equivalent of a limited liability company, registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
- Business Identification Number (NIB): We hold a valid NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), which serves as our primary business identity and consolidates other key permits, including our import/export license.
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer with a valid NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) and are fully compliant with all corporate tax obligations as stipulated by the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Directorate General of Taxes).
- Trade License (SIUP): Our business activities are covered by the appropriate Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (Trading Business License), ensuring our right to engage in wholesale and export trade.

- SVLK Certification & V-Legal Documents: This is the cornerstone of our product compliance. 100% of our timber products are SVLK-certified, guaranteeing their legality. Every export shipment is accompanied by a V-Legal Document, which is essential for customs clearance in the European Union (under the EUTR), Australia (Illegal Logging Prohibition Act), and the United States (Lacey Act).
- Harmonized System (HS) Code Classification: We are experts in customs classification. All our furniture is correctly classified under HS Code Chapter 94 (specifically HS 9403), which prevents delays and disputes during customs clearance in the destination country.
- ISPM 15 Compliance for Wood Packaging: All wood packaging materials used in our shipments (e.g., crates, pallets) are heat-treated and stamped in accordance with the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15). This is a global requirement to prevent the spread of pests.
- Phytosanitary & Fumigation Certificates: As required by the destination country, we provide official Phytosanitary Certificates from the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency (Barantan) and Certificates of Fumigation to certify that the container and its contents are free from pests and contaminants.
